Client Goals: Users sign up for a subscription service that sends them a monthly tote (small for $49 or large for $149) filled with fashion items. Two items picked by the user, and the rest are handpicked by the Golden Tote staff as surprise items based on a user’s style profile. It’s a cool and unique idea that required a cool and unique user interface and website.Methodology: User research was performed to identify key personas and use cases resulting an undertsanding in how users want to build their style proiles.
Deliverables: Persona profiles based on User Research. Wireframes depicting the new information architecture. Comps and new site design execution.
Before: Golden Tote came to us with a great idea, but with some questions about how to best execute that idea and service their users. We helped them identify their user work flows and how their users would best use their product.
After: A brand new site that did not previously exist. A great execution of their great idea.
Conclusion: The site does a great job of collecting and executing user defined style prefrences.
